RETURNS POLICY
To initiate a return, kindly reach out to us at returns@maekh.com within 14 days of receiving your order. In your email, please include your name, order number, and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return request is processed, please promptly send the item(s) back to us.

For your return to be approved, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

- Be in its original condition, which means it should be unworn, unused, unaltered, unwashed, and undamaged.
- Include all accessories, such as straps, strings or logo pendants.
- Have the original tags, garment bags, and/or product packaging intact.
- Be securely packaged in the same box it was originally shipped in or an equally protective outer box.

Please note that items purchased during sales or special promotions are not eligible for returns, and we do not accept in-person returns. For EU customers, you are responsible for organizing and covering the cost of return shipping. MAEKH bears no liability for the return package, so we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service with insurance.

Non-EU customers, please get in touch with us at returns@maekh.com and we will provide all the necessary information and a return shipping label upon request. It's important to be aware that if you opt for an international return shipping label provided by us, the associated fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.

 

EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
We regret to inform you that at this time, we do not facilitate direct exchanges. Should you wish to switch to a different style or size, we kindly ask you to initiate a refund for your current purchase and proceed to make a new order for the item(s) you desire.

REFUND PROCESS
Please note that the refund process may take up to 10 business days to complete and reflect in your account. The refund will be issued to your original payment method, with the exclusion of the initial shipping fee and any associated duties or taxes.

For non-EU customers who have requested a return shipping label from us, please be aware that the label cost will be deducted from your final refund amount. If you have any inquiries or require assistance, feel free to reach out to us at returns@maekh.com.
