In your email, please include your name, order number, and details of the item(s) you wish to return. Once your return request is processed, please promptly send the item(s) back to us.For your return to be approved, the item(s) must meet the following criteria:

- Include all accessories, such as straps, strings or logo pendants.
- Have the original tags, garment bags, and/or product packaging intact.
- Be securely packaged in the same box it was originally shipped in or an equally protective outer box.
